I concede that I am partially wrong, but not completely. /Partial-Fail

'Spelt' is also used in Australia. America is not the only country in the world

Funny you felt the need to post this. I realize America is not the only country in the world, thus the apology. So are you an American hater, or one of those people who assumes that we Americans are automatically rude and ignorant? I apologized, done deal. Australia speaks The Kings English. Many countries in the world learn American English as a second language (to promote trade). It is simply more common these days to use American English.

So, me being the bigger person here, I will also apologize to any Aussies out there. For future reference I apologize to ANY nationalities I may have offended in any way. It was unintentional that I offend anyone.

Desperately trying to keep this on topic for the OP's sake...

If it were the difference between 550 and 600, it would be marginal. 410hp vs 600hp, however, is a lot. High HP is definitely needed in PvP where you will (occasionally) face a coordinated spike. Furthermore you're sacrificing all that health for almost no payoff. As I said, 14 Scythe Mastery vs 16 Scythe Mastery is not a significant difference. On a weapon with a damage range as varied as a Scythe it may be around 1-5 damage difference.

Good point, I usually play just for heck of it, this being a "fun" build, so I hadn't realized that. Thanks for the information.
